Our 2023 FAM Trip will be at Universal Orlando March 7th - 10th, 2023. See below for details. 1 registration per agent. MainStreet Travel Agents only.
Our 2023 FAM Trip is going to be held at Universal Orlando Resort March 7th-10th, 2023. Agents who come will be provided the following with their $205 registration fee:
3 nights at Cabana Bay Beach Resort (double occupancy required, agents may select their roommate prior or be assigned one)
3-Day, 3 Park Park-to-Park Ticket (we have requested Express Pass as well but are waiting to hear back on this)
3 Meal Vouchers - 2 breakfast and 1 lunch (vouchers or event)
$25 Universal Gift Card
Transportation for site inspections
*Tentative Mardi Gras Event for all agents one evening
Classroom Training and Theme Park Free Time
Our basic itinerary would be:
March 7th - Check-in to hotel and receive credentials
March 8th - Classroom Training and Site Inspections. Theme Park Free Time.
March 9th - Theme Park Free Time
March 10th - Check-out
Agents will need to fill out a Code of Conduct Form and a General Release Form which are available below. Please email to dean@parksavers.com
Rooms are based on double occupancy. This means agents will need to share a room with another agent. You can request a roommate during check-out. If not we will assign them. Rooms for this event are for agents only. Family members or other guests will need to book their own separate rooms. If agents want to stay with their families that’s fine.
Agents may arrive early or stay later. Park admission and hotel nights will be at their own expense. Please notify us if you intend to do so.

FAQ’s
1.Who can come to the FAM trip?
Any active MainStreet Travel Agent can register for the event. We highly recommend every agent who registers to have their Universal Training done before the trip.
2. What if I have an annual pass/live locally?
If you live locally or don’t need the ticket or hotel room, we ask that you still register like normal. This will allow you to participate in the site inspections, training, events as well as receive the gift card and meal vouchers. If Universal approves a modified version of the registration we will let you know and work out the payment.
3. Is parking covered?
Yes, if you end up driving, parking will be covered. We need to know in advance if you plan to do so. Please email dean@parksavers.com
4. What if I have food allergies or need accommodations?
At check-out you will fill-out a form that asks about these things. We will work with Universal to accomodate any of your requests.
5. What if I bring my family?
That’s fine! If you end up booking your own room for your family and are planning to stay with them, please let us know in the check-out form. At this time the registration fee is the same whether you use one of our rooms or your own. This allows you to participate in all the other activities and training.
