Welcome to MainStreet Travel Agency, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and our host travel agency program (the “Program”). By accessing our Site, using our Contact Us page, or joining our Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Independent Contractor Status Purchasing and joining our host agency Program does not establish an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and MainStreet Travel Agency, Inc. All individuals who join the Program do so strictly as Independent Contractors. Your rights, responsibilities, and commission structures as an Independent Contractor will be governed by a separate Independent Contractor Agreement, which must be executed upon joining the Program. As an Independent Contractor, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are legally compliant with the Seller of Travel registration, licensing, and disclosure requirements of your resident state and any state in which you sell travel.

2. Payments and Billing When you register and pay to join the Program, your payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not directly collect or store your full credit card information on our servers. The membership fees to join MainStreet Travel Agency are a one-time charge with no recurring subscription fees.

3. Refunds Because our Program provides immediate access to proprietary training and information, the one-time membership fee is strictly non-refundable once your purchase is complete.

4. Third-Party Partners and Suppliers Our Site provides information about the various travel partners, vendors, and suppliers we work with. Please note that these partnerships are subject to change, and suppliers may be added or removed from our Program at any time without prior notice. MainStreet Travel Agency, Inc. is not responsible or liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party travel supplier, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

5. Communications and Data Collection When you use our Contact Us form or proceed through checkout, you will be required to provide personal information, including your email address. By providing your email address and opting in, you consent to receive transactional emails regarding your purchase and informational or marketing emails about our services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. 6. Intellectual Property All content published on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and informational materials regarding the Program, is the property of MainStreet Travel Agency, Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainStreet Travel Agency, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or your participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. George, Utah.

9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revisions.
